the staff was so kind and helpful, even when i struggled with my french. i loved the little touches in my comfort paris double room, like the fresh flowers. the room was very clean and tidy, it really seemed like a peaceful haven.

The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures online, it felt a little cramped. i could hear noise from the hallway often. the bathroom was very simple. It missed some details.

the location was acceptable. it was near the metro station.

the room i got wasnt what i expected. the air conditioning unit made controlling the temperature difficult. also, the provided toilet paper wasnt refilled after the second day. i needed to ask the housekeeper for more.

the location was convenient near several public transport options.

early morning cleaning noise

the hotel is close to the metro making travel easy.

The allocated room felt too close to the reception area. there was a lot of noise, especially during early morning cleaning. I found it had a negative impact on my stay.

the location near the subway was convenient. stores were close to the hotel. staff helped me find things nearby.

i heard noise from outside the room. this was partly due to the elevator door.

helpful staff convenient location reasonable price small room narrow staircase hallway carpeting

The reception staff were quite helpful. the hotel's proximity to the metro station jaurès was convenient for getting around. i found several food options nearby that were reasonably priced. There was a lot of choice there.

my room was not very big and it felt a bit cramped. the staircase up to my room on the second floor was a narrow design, it was challenging to carry my luggage up there. also, the hallway carpeting had a geometric design that was hard on the eyes.
